5. Disclosure of your personal data

We can disclose your personal data, which we process for the above-mentioned purposes, to other group companies within our group (Grapha Group). Announcement follows exclusively for purposes of internal group administration (e.g. accounting, centralized customer administration, etc.).Your personal data will not be shared with third parties outside the group. Aveniq reserves the right to pass on your personal data to other companies insofar as this is necessary to provide services for Aveniq. When processing your personal data, these companies are obligated towards Aveniq (e.g. by contract) to comply with the applicable laws and our data protection regulations. Furthermore, Aveniq will only disclose your data to other third parties if and to the extent that this is required or permitted under applicable law, based on court orders or official regulations.

6. Data transfer abroad

Aveniq is a full IT service provider with a focus on Swiss customers. We can process your data in Aveniq data structures that are located outside your country of residence and possibly in a country without an adequate level of data protection. If we transfer personal data to such a state, we are obliged to ensure the protection of your personal data in an appropriate manner, e.g. B. through data transmission contracts with the recipients, e.g. the so-called standard contractual clauses, which you can access here.

7. Data Storage

Your personal data will only be stored by us for as long as is necessary for the stated purpose in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. Technical data (e.g. log files), cookies or information in connection with social plugins will be deleted after 6 months at the latest, provided we are responsible for the corresponding processing.

If an application process that has been carried out is successful, the data transmitted in this context can continue to be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions, insofar as this is necessary for the implementation of the employment relationship. If no employment is achieved, the application documents will be automatically deleted six months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that deletion does not conflict with any other legitimate interests of the person responsible for processing.

8. Data Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of your personal data. Only people have access to your personal data if and to the extent that this is necessary for the purposes described here and the performance of the respective activity (e.g. HR managers; IT system managers).
